How does valuation work at this point of the cycle?

There are lots of potential M&A opportunites in the spirits industry. Multiple sources of capital looking to invest/acquire and others needing to sell or raise capital. Distressed situations and others looking to reduce the debt levels. Valuation becomes a sticking point in discussions. In light of that, we have looked again at where valuations are currently, how the cycle changes valuations and what methodologies could be used.
